I will ask Jack Anderson his thoughts on this blog shortly and will ask him to provide some further quotes on what he thinks rocked the hair world in 1994 and how he views my research on the "Rachel" and the "vampire" looks of 1994.
I include sourced photo's and some media inserts below, on which I based this blog.

Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt |
In “Interview with the Vampire”, Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise both wear their hair long. This story was set in the 1700s when long tresses were common for men to wear. After this story was made into a movie in 1994, vampires and their look became more popular than ever. In fact, many longer hairstyles became mainstream for men that were all of one length due to Louie’s look in this film.
So that's 1994, the year a bob came to the fore and mens hair was longer than women's.
